Granite is watch-only observation software for public Arweave and AO activity. We do not custody funds, operate user accounts, provide transaction access, or have a recovery backdoor.
The hosted Granite product accepts public addresses and process IDs only. It cannot create, import, export, unlock, sign, broadcast, or move funds. Adding or naming an address does not prove that you own or control it.
Granite does not require an account, email address, phone number, identity profile, analytics identifier, or telemetry opt-in. We do not sell user data because we do not collect user data.
Using Granite requires interaction with public blockchain networks and third-party infrastructure, such as Arweave gateways, AO indexers and HyperBEAM nodes, public price APIs, and, when enabled for the shared Network Briefing, a server-side AI API. Portfolio and watchlist queries are made from the browser and are not copied into a Granite user database. The Network Briefing separately aggregates a bounded network-wide sample of public records; it is the same cached report for every visitor and is not based on a visitor's portfolio.
Granite is software, not financial advice. Network Briefing counts describe bounded public samples, and classifications or AI-assisted summaries may be incomplete or incorrect. They do not establish identity, intent, legitimacy, process acceptance, investment quality, or future performance. You are responsible for inspecting the source evidence, deciding whether to use a token, protocol, gateway, or transaction, and complying with laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for protecting your device and deciding which public addresses, labels, and share links you expose to other people. Inspect source records before relying on a classification or summary.
Granite is intended for publication under the MIT License; the current preview may be distributed before the source is published. Networks, gateways, APIs, and update services can be unavailable, delayed, incorrect, or discontinued. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party service.
If you find a security issue, please use a GitHub private security advisory. Granite does not currently publish a security mailbox. Please do not publicly disclose an active vulnerability before we have had a reasonable chance to investigate and fix it.
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Changes should preserve Granite's core promise: watch-only access, no hidden data collection, transparent sources, and respect for the people using the app.
Portfolio links and QR codes contain public addresses and display labels. Anyone with a shared portfolio can view those addresses and their public blockchain activity. Portfolio sharing does not transfer private keys, ownership, custody, or signing authority. You are responsible for choosing who receives a portfolio link.
